Booking & Reservation

All reservations at Kutumb Villas are strictly subject to room and service availability at the time of booking. Guests are required to provide accurate personal details, valid identification, and up-to-date contact information to confirm and maintain their reservation. Any discrepancies in the provided information may result in delays, denial of check-in, or cancellation of the booking. The resort reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, essential maintenance work, overbooking, or other operational constraints. In such cases, prior intimation will be provided wherever possible, and suitable alternatives or necessary assistance will be offered in accordance with resort policies.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time at Kutumb Villas is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, allowing our team sufficient time to prepare rooms and facilities for arriving guests. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability on the day of arrival or departure and may attract additional charges as per resort policy. Guests arriving before the scheduled check-in time may be requested to wait in designated lounge areas. Failure to vacate the room by the specified check-out time may result in additional charges to accommodate operational and housekeeping requirements.

Cancellation & Refunds

Loud noise, inappropriate conduct, or activities that disturb the peaceful ambiance may result in immediate action by management. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to resort property, furnishings, landscaping, or facilities. The resort reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs and, if necessary, request guests to vacate the premises without refund in case of serious violations.
